Each result is stated alongside the time and effort it took, because those details matter. They are individual outcomes, not typical or average results, and they are not a prediction of what you will earn.

Income as a refund specialist depends on your own effort, the hours you commit, how consistently you apply the training, the number and size of the claims you work on, and conditions outside anyone’s control. Some people who complete the program earn little or nothing. Any figures describing what the program aims for are goals, not promises.

Government trust authorities

Refund specialists are paid a percentage of money recovered for their clients, and those funds are released by government trust authorities under unclaimed money legislation. This describes where the money comes from. Refund Academy and Create Business Australia are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by ASIC, the ATO, Moneysmart, or any government body in Australia or any other jurisdiction.

No recruiting

This is not a multi-level marketing program. There is no recruiting, no downline, and no income earned from signing up other people. Income comes only from the claims work you do for your clients.

Your legal responsibilities

You are responsible for operating your business lawfully in every jurisdiction you work in. That includes complying with unclaimed money legislation, any registration or licensing requirements, fee limits, privacy law, and consumer protection law. Figures about unclaimed money in Australia and overseas come from published sources including ASIC, the ATO, Moneysmart and the Unclaimed Money Association of Australia. They were accurate at the time of publication and change over time.
